Key Account Executive
 


Challenges that awaits you: 

  • Maintaining positive relationships with key clients, regarding the provision of comprehensive business travel services
  • Advising clients of selection and adjustment of the best product and service offer
  • Recommending and undertaking initiatives as well as promotional and trade activities aimed at further business growth; preparation and presentation of the eSky business offer
  • Ongoing cooperation with other company departments in the area of organization, sale and promotion of services offered
  • Creating and strengthening a professional image of the company and the brand

 

Our expectations:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business customer service, preferred in the travel services sales sector, in the B2B channel
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of the specifics of the topic of business travel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, high personal culture
  • Proactive attitude, commitment and responsibility in the performance of entrusted tasks
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English
  • Knowledge of specifics at travel market, supported by passion and own experience in traveling, will be an additional asset 
