eSky is the biggest Technology Oriented Online Travel Agency in Central Europe and the second in LATAM and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our customer support team for our Greek speaking markets.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Advanced verbal and written level of Greek and English
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and conversations
  • Customer service experience
  • Interests in the tourism industry
  • Proactive attitude towards high quality of service
  • Experience in working with technology (Microsoft and Google tools)
  • Multitasking skills using different systems
  • Takes his/her responsibilities serious and asks for support from his direct superior
  • Availability to work from the office at least one week per month or any time needed

  • Rotative 8 hour shifts: from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 22:00 and on the weekends 10:00-18:00, 5 working days per week
  • Hybrid model of work - which combines remote and office work.
  • Full training consisting of customer service techniques, internal IT systems
  • Direct contact with partners, airlines and hotels in order to handle the bookings.

You will learn more about the tourism branch and how to cooperate with our international team in different situations.

The main responsibilities you will have are to support and advise our customers by phone or by emails concerning travel reservations and to handle all the received requests from them.

Our mission is to inspire people to organize their own journey with the support of our tools. We take care of our customers on every stage of their travel.
