The Office Assistant will be entrusted with:
- Administrative support and assistance to the Manager;
- assisting in staff administration work processes;
- maintenance and care of the company's electronic and paper records;
- maintaining business correspondence;
- correspondence with suppliers of services and supplies for the office;
- monitoring compliance with internal company standards and procedures;
- the technical functions of providing and servicing office operations;
- preparation of reports and statements required by management;
- assisting visitors to the office
