“An excellent stay at a budget hotel”
A small inexpensive but very comfortable place to stay in the old town of Benidorm. Located within 3-4 minutes walk of both main beaches with many small bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Comfortable well appointed en suite rooms with plenty of hot water and powerful shower. The breakfast and evening meal are buffet style with a small choice but excellent quality. There is a bar and outside seating with very efficient and helpful staff and a good selection of information leaflets. Approximately 25 clean and well maintained rooms and lift to all floors gives an intimate feel to your stay. The location is on quite a busy small street so, if you are a light sleeper and early to bed, I would recommend ear plugs! (though not excessively noisy) I would not hesitate to revisit this value for money establishment again!

“Disappointing Experience – Poor Service”
I booked a room directly with Hotel Center Faz back in July, specifically requesting a double bed for my husband and me for our stay from September 3rd to September 7th. Upon arrival, we opened the door to find three twin beds instead of the double bed we reserved. I went straight to the front desk to address the issue, but was told nothing else was available. It only went downhill from there. Our room had no soap, so I returned to the desk. The staff member couldn't locate any, but promised to follow up on both the room swap and the soap. Neither ever happened—no soap was provided, and no one ever followed up with us during our entire stay. To top it off, check-out on Monday morning was equally frustrating. The day prior, a gentleman who identified himself as the manager assured us they could easily call a taxi for our departure. However, the clerk checking us out was completely unfriendly and flatly refused to call one, claiming they "couldn't get taxis here" and telling us to walk outside and find one ourselves—which we had to do. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. Would I stay here again? Never.

“Basic clean comfy hotel in busy noisy area”
Plus point. Good location near beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Downside. Location is middle of gay area and bars both side of hotel which don't close to the early hours, very noisy Plus point. Rooms comfortable, clean, very basic. Staff friendly. Air con effective Downside. No tea, coffee making facilities, no hairdryer, shower head has a life of its own, doesn't stay where you want it either flooding ceiling or floor so had to hold in place with one hand whilst showering. Not ideal Benidorm is nice, the area we were in is ideal.

“Air con ruined the holiday”
The whole experience was disappointing due to the air con not working. The first night we arrived I couldn’t get the air con to cool the room. I thought I wasn’t using the remote control right. So the second evening the receptionist came to the room and showed me how to use the remote. I was actually doing it right. The temperature in the room was 35 degrees all night. In the morning I told reception, but it was Saturday and the technician wasn’t working. On Monday and Tuesday the technician came to look at the air con and said it was ok. It wasn’t until I took a receptionist up to the room at 12.45 pm and he saw the temperature was 36 degrees that I was believed that it wasn’t working. I asked to be moved to another room but was told they were fully booked. I was told a new air con system was going to be installed. At no point did the Manager come to see me about the situation. I was given a 2 euro bottle of water to compensate. The day of checkout we went for breakfast and then we were going to have a shower and pack, as we’d got till 12 o’clock. When we got back to the room the engineers were waiting to install the new unit. I asked them to give us some time to shower and pack. So the last day was rushed. Besides the problem with the air con the breakfast was always cold, fried eggs and beans aren’t nice cold. The good things about the hotel was that the housekeeping was very good. The room was large. The receptionists were all very friendly. No noise from other rooms. If you get room 407 you will know that the air con is brand new.

“Nice little hotel”
Just back from Hotel La Santa Faz, we stayed for 9 nights and were on the Forth floor so no noise from the street below in fact it was very quiet in the hotel the whole time we stayed there . The rooms were basic but very clean with fresh towels everyday , we were half board and the Breakfast was ok although sometimes not very hot, the evening meal was also ok and we never went hungry . The staff were very welcoming and always helpful especially Carlos, Rafa and Elias , on the whole a nice clean hotel close to the beach , bars and restaurants. We will be returning
