    “Second home - every day feels like your birthday!”

    We have just returned from our 8th stay at the Amara hotel and this year we had the pleasure of staying there twice once in the summer and once just now. We have been coming here every year since 2020. This holiday, we also celebrated my husband’s birthday there and being in this wonderful hotel made it all the more special. So much so, that I’ve already said I’d like to spend my birthday there next year too! Having said that, every single day you wake up and spend at Amara, feels like it could be your birthday. From the delicious culinary offers, stunning grounds/ views and most importantly the impeccable service - nowhere beats it! We’ve been fortunate to stay at several 5 star hotels in many different countries, but this is our absolute favourite place and we will always return. After 8 stays here, this has now truly become a second home for us and the warm feeling we experience when returning here is unbeatable. My 3 year old son loves it so much and the staff are absolutely amazing with him. Over the years we have got to know the staff well and they make this hotel what it is. They are who make the hotel feel so special and as though we are returning to a home from home. Special mentions go to Maya (Guest Relations Manager) and Palina (Guest Relations Officer), we appreciate you so much as always and you always make our stay so memorable and enjoyable. You both play a big part in making our stays so special and we couldn’t imagine it without you. Thank you for everything! A further special mention to Katarina (assistant bar manager) - absolutely amazing at what she does and a huge asset to the hotel. Not only is she amazing with us personally but we can see how incredible she is at her job and she will definitely go far. Mario (supervisor) you are also amazing at what you do, thank you so much for being so great with us and our son! You’ve been an incredible addition to the team at Amara. Sifis (f&b manager) as always is fantastic and we enjoy chatting with him every year! The staff at the pool are absolutely amazing and always make our time during the day seamless, thank you Chadi, Elio, Anna Maria for always being so great with us, especially our son who adores you all! Thank you Angelos and Adam for everything too! Valantis from the lobby bar - (my son is obsessed with you thank you for always being so amazing with him!) and Anastasia (matcha bar formerly pool bar), you are both so great at what you do and we love seeing you every year! Thank you Iro for being so sweet to us it was lovely meeting you this year. Breakfast staff as always are lovely and always look after us. Thank you Christopher, Lucy, Andreas, Filios, Laura and Catalina. Mario who greets/ looks after the guests (used to work at breakfast) you are a warm familiar face at the Amara and we love seeing you whenever we catch you in the lobby, you have looked after us from day 1 and we appreciate you a lot. All of the 4 restaurants here are amazing, you will not be disappointed. We are so glad that in the last couple of years Beef Bar came on the scene at the Amara. The food is absolutely delicious (one of the best steaks I’ve had) with phenomenal service to match. Thank you Peter for looking after us as always, we’ve known you since the beginning when you were at breakfast and looked after us there too. Haris is also fantastic at making cocktails, thank you! A special mention also has to go to Locatelli. The food at Locatelli is some of the best Italian food I’ve eaten with an exceptional setting and view, but the service and special attention is what puts it above the rest. Thank you Mario (manager) you are amazing at what you do, we are so glad that you are there and thank you for being so great with us and our son. I’ve already said I’d like to spend my birthday at Locatelli next year - (please be open on Tuesdays again in the spring / summer season!) Thank you also to Lukshe for looking after us so well at Locatelli and the barman at the Locatelli bar, Kostantinos as well. As you can see from my exceptionally long review, Amara has become a truly cherished place for us to make our family memories. I don’t often write hotel reviews but Amara and its’ wonderful staff truly deserve all the praise and love. Thank you once again for everything and we look forward to seeing you next year!

    “Another Wonderful Stay at The Amara, Limassol”

    We are just on our way home after 10 wonderful days at The Amara, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! This was our third stay at this exceptional hotel, and somehow, it manages to exceed our expectations every time. The Amara offers the ultimate in luxury, with beautifully considered details and impeccable service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the team consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, with spacious balconies offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Waking up to that view each morning is a real pleasure. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with an incredible variety to suit every taste. The pool area is beautifully maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and an attentive, friendly team always on hand to ensure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy the sunshine. A very special thank you to Maya in Guest Relations, whose warmth and thoughtfulness made us feel truly special. Her lovely recognition of us as regular returning guests was a wonderful personal touch and a perfect example of the exceptional hospitality that makes The Amara so special. Thank you to Maya and the entire team for another memorable stay. The Amara continues to set the bar incredibly high, and we honestly cannot wait to return for our fourth visit!

    “Superb Babymoon Hotel”

    We had a lovely Babymoon at Amara hotel. Staff in general were very polite, happy and attentive. Vadym at reception was particularly helpful. We will go back as the food was some of the best hotel food we’ve had.
